  • 1 lb. mixed fruit
  • 1 lb. raisins
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 4 c. plain flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. butter
  • 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 6 large eggs

    Mix butter, sugar and eggs. lemon juice with flour and baking powder.
