  • 10 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 lb. cherries
  • 1 lb. pineapple
  • 4 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice

    Cream butter.

    Add sugar gradually until light and fluffy. Add beaten eggs.

    Add spices, 1/2 of flour, baking powder and vanilla.

    Mix remaining flour with pecans and fruit.

    Mix all together.

    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.

    Bake at 250° for 3 hours.
