- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. raisins
- 2 lb. mixed fruit
- 1/2 lb. dates, rolled in flour
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 lb. melted butter
- 1 small bottle rum flavoring
Directions

1Mix nuts, raisins, cherries, mixed fruit and dates.

2In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, eggs, butter and flavoring.

3Mix well.

4Add dry ingredients.

5Cook 3 hours at 250°.

6Makes a large cake.
