  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. walnuts
  • 1/2 lb. Brazil nuts
  • 1/2 box light raisins
  • 1/2 box dark raisins
  • 1/2 pt. pear preserves
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 qt. pecans
  • 1/2 lb. candied fruit
  • 1 lb. candied cherries
  • 1 coconut, grated

    Flour the nuts and raisins.

    Mix all ingredients together and cook at 250° until it starts to brown.

    Reduce to 225° and cook about 2 hours.
