- 1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 Tbsp. soft butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. dates, chopped
- 1 c. white raisins
- 3/4 c. whole candied cherries (red and green)
- 1 1/2 c. sliced Brazil nuts
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Blend together sugar, vanilla, butter and eggs.

2Combine 1 cup flour and baking powder and mix with egg mixture.

3Blend fruit and nuts with 1/4 cup flour so fruits and nuts are coated with flour. Pour batter over floured fruits and nuts and blend.

4Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake at 325° about 60 to 65 minutes.
