  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 box white frosting mix
  • 1 box raisins (dark or white)
  • 1 box chopped dates
  • 1 lb. candied fruit
  • 8 oz. candied green cherries
  • 8 oz. candied red cherries
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 2 c. pecans

Directions

    Cook cake as directed. Let cool. Crumble into pieces. Mix frosting mix as directed. Add all ingredients together. Mix in large pan. Mix real good. Pack in a dish or pan. Refrigerate. Slice when cool.
