- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 lb. pecans, chopped
- 1/2 lb. black walnuts, chopped
- 1 lb. candied cherries, diced
- 1 (8 oz.) can coconut
- 5 slices candied pineapple, diced
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar together.

2Add eggs and mix.

3Add 2 cups flour saving some out to coat fruit.

4Mix and add fruit and mix well.

5Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 275° with a pan of water under cake as it bakes.

6Grease and line pans with wax paper.

7Makes 4 (1 pound) loaves or 1 tube pan.
