  • 1 lb. candied cherries
  • 1 lb. candied pineapple
  • 1 lb. dates
  • 1 lb. pecans (2 c. after hulled)
  • 1 fresh grated coconut or 8 oz. pkg. Angel Flake
  • 3 cans sweetened condensed milk

Directions

    Cut all fruits and mix thoroughly.

    Add milk.

    Bake in 2 pans 2 1/2 hours at 200°.

    May be baked in one tube pan for 4 hours at 200°.

    Line pan with brown paper and grease.

    Leave in pan overnight.
