- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 doz. eggs
- 1 1/4 lb. candied cherries
- 1 1/4 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 1/4 lb. pecans
- 1 tsp. lemon
- 1 tsp. almond
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar real well, then add 1 egg at a time, unbeaten.

2Take pecans and 1 cup of flour to flour fruit; pour batter over fruit and mix.

3Cook in pressure cooker for 1 hour at 10 pounds of pressure.

4Take out of cooker and cook in oven for 30 minutes at 250°.

5Can be baked in oven at 250° until done, 3 to 4 hours, without pressure.
