  • 2 sticks oleo, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (7 oz.) can coconut
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz.) white candied pineapple
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz.) green candied pineapple
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar candied cherries
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. rum or vanilla

Directions

    Melt oleo.

    Add sugar; mix well.

    Add beaten eggs, wafer crumbs, milk and flavoring; mix well.

    Add remaining ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 325° in 1 large pan or 4 small pans.
