  • 1 -2 lb ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 14 cup tomato paste
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 13 cup ketchup
  • 1 pinch Accent seasoning
  • 13 cup ketchup

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Hand mix all the ingredients and ensure they are all incorporated.

    Mold into a football shaped loaf and place in a loaf pan.

    I use a 2-piece meatloaf pan that comes with an insert to drain off the fat while cooking.

    Flatten the top of the meatloaf and cover with the ketchup.

    Bake for 1 hour.

    Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
