  • 2 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. plain cake flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 lb. mixed, chopped candied fruit
  • 1 stick margarine

    margarine and sugar over low heat; remove from heat. Add

    Sprinkle fruit over batter. Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
