- 1 c. prunes
- 1/2 c. nuts
- rind of an orange, scrape off outside of orange
- 1 tsp. ginger
- coconut or melted chocolate chips
- water
Directions

1Grind the first 4 ingredients together.

2Mix all ingredients in a big bowl; shape into balls.

3Roll in coconut or dip in chocolate (melted chips plus 2 tablespoons of water).

4Set on waxed paper.
