  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. apricots
  • 1 c. dates
  • 1 c. prunes
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • rind of an orange, scrape off outside of orange
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • coconut or melted chocolate chips
  • water

Directions

    Grind the first 4 ingredients together.

    Mix all ingredients in a big bowl; shape into balls.

    Roll in coconut or dip in chocolate (melted chips plus 2 tablespoons of water).

    Set on waxed paper.
