- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 qt. fruit (with juice)
Directions

1Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

2Mix flour, sugar and milk into a batter and pour over butter.

3Spoon fruit over the batter and butter.

4Pour juice over all this and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375° until batter has cooked thoroughly and has browned.

5This works with any fruit.
