  • 4 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • fruit of choice (apples or peaches)

    Mix ingredients together and add fruit. Stir lightly so that most of the fruit stays on top. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
