  • 3 c. fruit
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. milk (skim)

    Melt margarine in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Mix next 5 ingredients and pour over melted margarine. Do not stir! Pour fruit over top. Do not mix! Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Serving 175 calories.
