- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large can fruit
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 cube butter or margarine
Directions

1Place a cube of butter into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Place into 375° oven until melted completely.

3While butter is melting, mix flour, milk, sugar and baking powder.

4Pour mixture over melted butter. Arrange drained fruit onto batter.

5(May sprinkle with 1/4 cup of fruit juice.)

6Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, or until brown.
