  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 large can fruit
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 cube butter or margarine

Directions

    Place a cube of butter into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Place into 375° oven until melted completely.

    While butter is melting, mix flour, milk, sugar and baking powder.

    Pour mixture over melted butter. Arrange drained fruit onto batter.

    (May sprinkle with 1/4 cup of fruit juice.)

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, or until brown.
