- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 c. fruit (peaches, fruit cocktail, etc.)
- 1/2 c. fruit juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. hot water
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients.

2Place batter in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with 2 cups fruit.

3Pour fruit juice on top. Sprinkle evenly 3/4 cup sugar on top.

4Pour hot water over all. Bake 1 hour at 400°.
