- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 to 2 qt. any fruit (fresh or canned), add sugar to taste
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. or less sugar
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

2Let brown a little. Mix flour, sugar and milk until smooth, then pour into margarine. Spoon fruit on top of batter.

3Bake at 350° until done, about 1 hour.
