  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • 5 c. fruit
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Add water to fresh fruit.

    Combine 1st four ingredients together in a large bowl, stirring well.

    Add fruit.

    Toss gently. Place in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
