- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 large can peaches or 1 qt. any fresh fruit

1Melt margarine in 2-quart casserole.

2In separate bowl, mix rest of ingredients except for fruit.

3Pour batter into melted butter without stirring.

4Place fruit into mixture gently, without stirring.

5Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes.
