  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 2/3 cups Milk, Room Temperature

  • 4 cups Cubed Rhubarb (peaches Or Cherries Too)
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour

    Melt butter in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish in a 350°F oven. While butter melts, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Stir in milk and egg.

    Pour batter over the butter; do not stir. Combine ingredients for the filling. Pour filling over the batter; do not stir. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the sides are brown and crispy.
