  • 350 g self-rising flour
  • 330 ml dark beer
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 14 cup walnut pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons za'atar spice mix
