  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. berries with juice (or any fruit)

Directions

    Melt butter in pan.

    Mix 1 cup sugar, flour and milk into batter.

    Pour into butter but do not mix.

    Combine berries, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup juice and pour over batter.

    Do not mix. Bake at 325° for one hour.

    Serve warm or cool.
