  • 1 1/2 qt. of your favorite fruit
  • 1 c. flour (plain or self-rising)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 stick margarine or butter

Directions

    Put fruit in slightly greased casserole dish or pan.

    Mix dry ingredients until mealy.

    By hand, sprinkle over fruit.

    Melt 1/2 stick margarine or butter and pour over the crust mix.

    Bake at 350° about 30 to 45 minutes or until browned.
