  • 1 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 can fruit cocktail

    Mix together and pour into 9 x 9-inch greased pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Bake for 55 minutes at 350°. Serve cold with whipped cream.
