- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can fruit cocktail (medium)
- 1 egg (not beaten)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.

2Add fruit cocktail and egg.

3Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top.

4Bake in moderate oven at 350° for 60 minutes.

5Delicious served with whipped cream.
