  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can (No. 2 1/2) fruit cocktail
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients well.

    Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

    Add fruit cocktail.

    Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
