  • 1 c. oleo
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (15 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained (save juice)

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.

    Add dry ingredients alternately with juice from fruit.

    Last add fruit, pecans and raisins.

    Bake in one 10-inch tube pan or two loaf pans for 1 hour at 350°.
