- 2 eggs
- juice from 1 can fruit cocktail (1 lb. 12 oz.)
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat eggs and fruit cocktail juice.

2Add flour, baking soda and sugar.

3Beat until smooth.

4Add fruit cocktail.

5Pour into greased 9 x 13 oblong pan.

6Sprinkle dark brown sugar and nuts over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Cool cake 5 minutes and then make icing.
