  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 (No. 2) can fruit cocktail
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour, eggs and fruit cocktail.

    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.

    Add brown sugar and coconut on top of batter. Bake at 350° until toothpick comes out clean.
