- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.

2Mix well.

3Sift flour, soda and salt.

4Add alternately with fruit cocktail to creamed mixture; beat well.

5Pour into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.

6Mix brown sugar, nuts and coconut.

7Sprinkle on top of batter.

8Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
