  • 12 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Spray two loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray.

    Mix together oil, sugar, eggs, buttermilk, baking soda and flour in large bowl.

    Pour 1 cup of the batter into each prepared pan.

    Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl.

    Sprinkle half the sugar mixture over each pan; pour remaining batter equally between pans.

    Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture over batter.

    Using a knife, swirl through batter.

    Bake approximately 1 hour, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pans and place on wire rack.

    Slice bread when completely cooled.
