  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. fruit cocktail, undrained
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2/3 c. nuts

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour, soda, salt, eggs and fruit cocktail.

    Pour into ungreased loaf pan.

    Mix brown sugar and nuts together and sprinkle on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
