- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. nuts or coconut
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. fruit cocktail (not drained)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in bowl.

2Sift flour, soda and salt and add to egg mixture along with nuts and fruit cocktail. Beat well.

3Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

5While still warm, add topping.
