- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail, undrained
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Beat together eggs, evaporated milk, sugar, salt, baking soda, flour and fruit cocktail.

2Spray 12-cup Bundt pan with cooking spray.

3Pour batter and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.

4Cool 10 minutes, then turn out onto serving tray. While cake is in the oven, make glaze.
