  • 2 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 large can fruit cocktail and juice
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs and add fruit cocktail. Mix flour, soda, sugar and vanilla. Add to the egg mixture. Pour in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar (optional). Bake 45 minutes at 350° or until done.
