- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 can fruit cocktail with juice
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Combine eggs and brown sugar in large bowl, mixing well.

2Add fruit cocktail.

3Stir in flour, salt and baking powder.

4Pour into greased sheet cake pan.

5Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.

6Mix butter, sugar, pecans, milk and coconut in saucepan.

7Boil for 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.

8Pour over warm cake.
