  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. fruit cocktail
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. pecans or coconut or both

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients.

    Add eggs, fruit cocktail and vanilla; mix well.

    Pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Sprinkle over mixture in pan the brown sugar and pecans or coconut, or both. Bake at 350° until done.
