- 1 large can fruit cocktail (don't drain)
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Beat eggs and sugar until light. Add fruit cocktail with juice and dry ingredients; mix well and add nuts and coconut. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes in a greased jelly roll pan.
