  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. fruit cocktail (undrained)
  • whipped topping

Directions

    Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Beat eggs well and mix with vanilla and fruit cocktail. Fold the fruit mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking pan and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. When cool, cover with whipped topping.
