- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (No. 303) can fruit cocktail and juice
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix eggs, flour, salt, sugar, soda and fruit cocktail (including juice) and put into large baking pan.

2Do not grease pan.

3Before baking, sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over batter. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
