- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 dash Salt
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 can Fruit Cocktail, Including Juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans

- FOR FROSTING:
- 1-1/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cups Evaporated Milk
- 1-1/2 stick Butter
Directions

1Whisk the flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, baking soda, and salt together. Add the wet ingredients. Stir till just moistened.

2Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the top of the cake with brown sugar and pecans. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.

3Boil frosting ingredients together for 2 minutes. Pour over the hot cake.
