- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 1 1/2 c. sugar (3/4 c. white and 3/4 c. brown)
- 2 eggs
- 1 (No. 303) can fruit cocktail (undrained)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil (Wesson or Crisco)
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup brown sugar and coconut. Put in an 8-inch round greased and floured cake pan or smaller. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of brown sugar and coconut over top.

2Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in preheated oven at 350°.

3Frost while warm.
