- SYRUP
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- FRUIT
- 1 dozen peach
- 1 dozen pear
- 6 oranges
- 3 lbs grapes, seedless
- 2 cups pineapple tidbits
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherry
Directions

1Boil sugar and water 5 minutes for syrup.

2Prepare fruit for canning.

3Cut oranges in large pieces.

4Cut grapes in half removing seeds, I already told you; see it is an old recipe.

5Cut pineapple in small pieces; I already told you about tidbits.

6Mix all together.

7Pour into hot sterile jars.

8Pour boiling syrup over fruit.

9Seal tight.
-
10Put back in boiling water.

11Turn off heat and let stand 24 hours.
