Oyster Casserole

- 1 pt. oysters (extra small)
- 2 c. coarsely crumbled crackers
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 3/4 c. half and half milk
Directions

1Drain oysters and set aside.

2Mix liquid from oysters, half and half and 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce together and set aside.

3Mix cracker crumbs and butter and spread 1/3 mixture on bottom of dish.

4Put 1/2 of oysters on top of crackers and add 1/2 of milk mixture.

5Repeat layer and top with remaining cracker crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4.

7I usually double or triple this recipe and serve it with holiday dinners.
