Ingredients

  • 1 large can pineapple tidbits, drained (save juice)
  • 1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 36 miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb. grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 Delicious apples, diced
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. sugar, fructose or Equal
  • 3 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, eggs, pineapple juice and lemon juice.

    Cook over low heat until very thick, stirring constantly.

    Cool slightly, then add mustard.

    When cool, add to fruit mixture.

    Add marshmallows.

    Grate cheese on top.

    Sprinkle with coconut.

    You may dress it up with maraschino cherry bits on top.
