Fruit Cocktail Eggnog Pie

- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. eggnog
- 1 c. cream, whipped
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 (No. 2) can fruit cocktail, drained
Directions

1Mix gelatine, sugar and salt.

2Gradually stir in eggnog.

3Warm over low heat until gelatine is dissolved.

4Chill until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon.

5Fold in whipped cream, flavorings and 1 1/2 cups fruit cocktail.

6Chill again about 10 minutes until mixture mounds.

7Put in baked 9-inch pie shell.

8Decorate with remaining fruit cocktail.

9Chill 2 to 4 hours.
