Fruit Cocktail Pie

  • 16 graham crackers, crushed (save 2 Tbsp. crumbs)
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. marshmallows
  • 1 c. cream, whipped
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, drained

Directions

    Make pie crust by mixing cracker crumbs, butter, salt and flour.

    Press in pie pan.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Melt together in a double boiler the milk and marshmallows.

    Cool. Add whipped cream and fruit cocktail.

    Pour into pie shell and garnish with 2 tablespoons reserved graham cracker crumbs.

    Chill for several hours.
