- 2 c. commercially prepared eggnog
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 1 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- No. 2 1/2 can fruit cocktail
- 9-inch pie shell, baked
Directions

1Mix Knox gelatine, sugar and salt; gradually stir in eggnog. Warm over low heat until Knox gelatine is dissolved.

2Chill until mixture folds well.

3Fold in whipped cream, flavoring and 1 1/2 cups fruit cocktail.

4Chill again 5 to 10 minutes, until mixture mounds.

5Heap into pie shell.

6Decorate with remaining fruit cocktail.

7Chill 2 to 4 hours.
